Self Initiated Care Kit (SICK) Classes

This Kit includes:

* Take Care of Yourself Handbook

* An interactive and fun class that shows you exactly how to use the "Take Care of Yourself" Handbook and how to stay safe and healthy in our Alaskan environment.

* A SICK card that allows you to receive Over the Counter medications at the 354th Medical Group Pharmacy without having to make an appointment first! Saves you time and money!
